Basma Arcamone

Basma Arcamone is a dedicated family law attorney based in San Diego, driven by a lifelong passion for helping individuals navigate some of life’s most challenging circumstances. Growing up in East County, Basma developed a strong sense of community and a desire to advocate for others from an early age. This commitment led her to pursue a legal career, which she embarked upon after earning her bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University, followed by her Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.

During her time at Thomas Jefferson, Basma distinguished herself not only through her academic achievements but also through her hands-on experience as an intern at the Public Defender’s Office. While she initially found intrigue in criminal law, her journey soon revealed her true calling in family law—a field where she could make a tangible difference in the lives of her clients.

Immediately after obtaining her law degree, Basma joined a local law firm where she honed her skills across multiple areas of law, including Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation. However, it was her experience in family law that truly resonated with her passion for advocacy and support. Basma thrives on the opportunity to assist families through difficult transitions, whether they involve divorce, child custody disputes, or the complexities of domestic relations.

Basma believes that every client deserves compassionate guidance tailored to their unique situation. She approaches each case with empathy, ensuring that her clients feel heard and supported. Her deep understanding of family dynamics allows her to navigate sensitive issues with care and precision, always prioritizing the best interests of her clients and their families.

Basma has practiced family law for almost 10 years. She represents clients in all areas, including Domestic Violence Restraining Orders, Child Custody and Visitation, Alimony, etc. She is known among her peers to be passionate and aggressive, yet extremely fair and hard-working. She takes pride in ensuring that her clients are competently and diligently represented.
