Cassidy McCoy

Cassidy McCoy obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2024. During her time at UO she served as a Co-Event Director for Women's Law Forum, the oldest club on campus, and as a 1L Representative for the Child and Family Law Association. Prior to law school, Cassidy earned her bachelor's degree in communication studies with double minors in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of San Diego.

Cassidy is a client-focused and empathetic family law attorney who values guiding clients through some of life’s most challenging transitions. With a focus on family law throughout law school and over two years of experience clerking at a family law firm, Cassidy has developed a strong foundation in areas such as custody disputes, support issues, domestic violence restraining orders, divorce settlements, prenuptial agreements, annulments, and financial matters.

Cassidy is passionate about helping clients start fresh and move forward with confidence. She excels at simplifying complex legal issues and explaining them in a clear, understandable way, ensuring clients feel informed and empowered at every step. In the Community

Cassidy was born and raised in San Diego and is a proud San Diego sports fan. From elementary school through high school, Cassidy was a club soccer player and still holds a special place in her heart for women's soccer, especially for the San Diego Wave. When she's not in the office, Cassidy loves to hike, paddleboard, or try a new restaurant with friends.
