Judy Lim
Experience & Education
Judy earned her Juris Doctor from Villanova University’s School of law in 2015. During law school, Judy pursued opportunities to gain practical legal experiences in estate planning, business and transactional matters. In addition to her summer associate positions at High Swartz, LLP, and Reger Rizzo & Darnall, LLP, she participated in the law school’s externship program, which allowed her to continue working during the school year while earning academic credit.
Prior to law school, Judy graduated with two bachelor’s degrees from the State University of New York at Geneseo in Psychology and Sociology in 2015. She received a Departmental Distinction in Sociology and made the All-Academic and Commissioner’s List as a varsity student-athlete. Throughout her time in undergrad, she competed as a member of the varsity equestrian team and volunteered daily at the stables, which supported over 100 horses and spanned over 300 acres.
Areas of Specialization
Judy has worked to provide corporate and transactional services to both publicly and privately owned entities in matters ranging from entity formation to mergers and acquisitions. She assisted in performing comprehensive due diligence for multiple commercial real estate transactions for commercial properties located in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, and Florida. Judy’s extensive financial background, technological savviness, and detail-oriented nature makes her particularly adept in handing complex financial matters, while providing compassionate support to clients.
In the Community
Judy enjoys going on beach adventures with her golden retriever, Tucker, and looks forward to finding an equestrian center in San Diego where she can volunteer and ride in the near future.
