Experience & Education
Lindsay brings over a decade of hands-on family law experience, having worked in the field since 2011 as a file clerk, legal assistant, paralegal, and State Bar Certified Legal Intern. Her extensive background across Texas, Arizona, and California gives her a well-rounded perspective on family law matters, from divorce and custody disputes to property division and financial matters. She has a strong grasp of the legal system and is committed to guiding clients through challenging transitions with skill and compassion.
She earned her Juris Doctorate cum laude from California Western School of Law in 2024, where she focused extensively on family law as President of the Family Law Society, and taking courses in Child Welfare Law & Practice, California Civil Procedure, Community Property, Family Law, California Evidence, and Advanced Negotiation. Lindsay is also a Bonnie Nelson Reading Scholarship award recipient demonstrating her commitment to the family law community in San Diego. Before law school, she received her undergraduate degree in Legal Studies and Sports Marketing from Arizona State University. With both practical experience and a strong academic foundation, Lindsay is dedicated to advocating for her clients and helping them secure the best possible outcomes for their families.
Areas of Specialization
Lindsay specializes in bringing a detail-oriented approach to cases involving dissolution, parentage, custody, visitation, property division, child support, and spousal support. Whether through settlement, mediation, or contested hearings, she is dedicated to securing fair and favorable outcomes for her clients. With a strong understanding of both financial and emotional complexities, Lindsay works to protect her clients’ interests while guiding them toward practical and sustainable solutions for their future.
In the Community
When Lindsay isn’t advocating for her clients, you’ll likely find her outdoors – either in the water or on the slopes. Competitive water skiing originally brought her to the West Coast from Texas, and when winter rolls around, she trades the water for the mountains to enjoy snow skiing. No matter the season, she’s always drawn to adventure and the outdoors.
